Exciting Opportunity. We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Assistant / Ecommerce Coordinator with a good foundation of experience supporting an ecommerce function to support online sales, trading and merchandising plans. We are especially keen to hear from applicants from premium fashion related sectors, however are considering candidates from all major retail brands.

The Role
Responsible for managing the day to day running of the site and supporting the head of department in driving sales and managing the global trading strategy -

Day to day management of the website
Responsible for product management and product life cycle
On-going trade reporting & sales analysis: daily, weekly, monthly, seasonally, and annually
Owns user experience
SplitTesting and Onsite Optimization
Managing and loading on site content
Project Management with external agencies
Campaign support and data analysis
Manage and maintain stock lifecycle
Point of contact for liaising with the warehouse and overseeing fulfilment
Works cross-functionally with marketing, brand, merchandising and customer service teams
