The CRM Executive will be responsible in the development of the brands CRM strategy, supporting global CRM activities, with customer engagement and life time value at the forefront of all decisions.
- Coordinate email & communications calendar
- Brief, deploy and analyse email and mobile campaigns
- Ensure all emails have engaging, dynamic content and effective, responsive designs
- Provide testing strategies to gain insight in to the database and continuously improve communications
- Manage global in-store data acquisition
- Day to day agency contact
- Proven experience working within a marketing department, focusing on email and CRM
- Understanding of HTML
- Previous experience with ESP systems
- Understanding of Google Analytics
- Strong communication skills
- Creative with an analytical approach
- A passion for online and the fashion industry
