We are now seeking a sales orientated individual to join the field based team selling directly to independent retail jewellers across the South West of the UK. With an enviable portfolio at your disposal including hot brands Radley, Orla Kiely and HENRY London – your task will the envy of the trade, supported in house with a trade marketing team and ever evolving offer.

 

You will not only promote and grow the brands within these stores already sold but also look to introduce the wider portfolio, two key KPIs with The Peers Hardy Group. A knowledge and understanding of social media will be of assistance when you are selling to retailers – a bright understanding of the market, the trends within it and how brands present themselves both on the shelf and online to promote sales and interest.

 

The ideal candidate will ideally be experienced within the watch, jewellery or similar fashion trade in order to hit the ground running – with a retail background, now wishing to push your career forward. Similarly you could be an FMCG trained individual unable to resist the lure of working within a premium market place alongside brands and brands owners.

 

The successful appointee will be comfortable carrying both fashion and volume brands, with the ability to identify and convert all manner of prospect accounts alongside account management of existing stockists on territory.

 

Reporting to the National Field Sales Manager, there will be an induction and field accompaniment programme, which will lay solid foundations for a career within the Watch industry.

Owing to the fact The Peers Hardy Group is an independently run business, this is a role for a sales person with gusto, not someone who would like to simply ‘tend’ an area.
