Where is the QHQ office
QHQ have two offices, our main office is in the UK, just 1/2 hour from central London and our satellite office is in Portugal, ideally positioned to provide our recruitment services in Europe and globally.
Which sectors do you recruit for
At QHQ we cover all head office and supply chain roles for the Fashion, Home and FMCG sectors.
This includes buying, merchandising, design, supply chain, ethical, sustainability and technical through to marketing, IT and cloud technologies.

2020 has seen a great shift in the international business landscape with certain sectors flourishing due to people spending more time at home for both work and leisure. QHQ has responded to this demand partnering with a leading IT recruitment company to offer end to end recruitment.

Do you advertise all vacancies
No, you won't see all of our vacancies on Drapers because some of our Clients prefer to keep their vacancies confidential.
Please keep in regular contact with us via email or phone, and we will always keep you informed if anything suitable becomes available.
Also, remember to check the QHQ website frequently and follow us on LinkedIn so you will be notified when we advertise a new vacancy.
Do you keep my details on file indefinitely
No. Due to GDPR we have to delete candidate information in line with the timescales and criteria set by the regulations. If you haven't been in contact for a while and are looking for a new role, please send us an email with your updated CV and we will give you a call and re register you on our database.
What is the process after application
After receiving your application we will review your CV against the Client's requirements for the role. We will always reply to candidates even if they have been unsuccessful; if you would like more information on why you have not been selected please don't hesitate to call and we would be happy to discuss with you.
Successful candidates will be contacted by phone and we will discuss the vacancy and your experience. Due to the current pandemic situation we are unable to interview all new candidates in person but we can arrange a Zoom, Teams or Skype meeting.
New candidates will be sent a QHQ Welcome Pack by email which includes all documents necessary for registration and this can be signed digitally.
Then you are ready to go!
Do you send speculative applications to Clients
No, and we will never submit a candidate's CV to a Client without discussing with you and without your approval.
We recommend all candidates keep a record of the Client's, positions, and dates they have applied for a role to avoid duplication.
