Talisman Fashion is a Consultancy that  specializes in vacancies across the fashion,  sports and lifestyle sectors with retailers, brands and  private label suppliers .

As a Recruitment Consultancy we are recognized for our expertise and professionalism along with our ability to deliver results for  companies based within the UK and internationally.

We are now looking for additional talent for our Surrey office based  near Weybridge in Surrey

The position will suit  an  established Recruitment Consultant  or  a person with  a sound Sales background  and  a genuine  interest to work within recruitment.

You will need to be a person who enjoys  autonomy and who  is  motivated  and committed to achieve results . You will also need to have gained experience of working within the fashion, and retail sectors.

Responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant will include managing and developing  client accounts

Carrying out market research and marketing our service to potential new client companies.

Attending client meetings and giving presentations

Networking and sourcing new candidates via different channels

Carrying out professional competency based  interviews

Providing advice on salaries and responsibilities to candidates and companies.

Managing the interview process and ensuring candidates are well prepared with information supplied and through their own research.

Following through with profiling and reference checks .

Achieving monthly and annual budgets.
