An exciting new opportunity for an experienced eCRM Manager to join exciting women’s fashion brand.

The eCRM Manager will be responsible for the continued engagement and acquisition of new customers. Taking ownership of all email communications and development of long term strategy across activation and reactivation initiatives. The position will also manage wider digital loyalty initiatives and all mobile and push notifications.

Key responsibilities:

  • Continued growth of the brands database for both UK and international customers
  • Manage all push style messaging from email, to push notifications and in app messages
  • Actively plan and implement all eCRM initiatives, campaigns and projects
  • Oversee all email communications and report on campaign performance
  • Manage and develop different touch points to collect data
  • Use data to identify customer life-values and segmentation, ensuring effective and targeted communications
  • Continued testing and learning to enhance customer engagement. Making data driven decisions based on customer behaviour, email interaction and purchase history
  • Define and manage the eCRM team and external supplier relationships

Key skills:

  • Proven experience in an email marketing or CRM role within an ecommerce business
  • Strong management experience
  • Excellent knowledge of email and loyalty marketing
  • Keen focus on customer insight and data, excellent analytical skills
  • Proven ability in developing and implementing successful CRM and email marketing strategies
  • Exposure to mobile marketing
  • Results focused and the ability to think clearly under pressure and cope with the demands of a fast paced environment
