My client, a luxury department store in London, is looking for an experienced department manager, store manager or cluster manager from a premium/ luxury fashion brand to join the most exciting, dynamic, accessories department within London.

Due to the high footfall and pace of this store candidates must be commercially and operationally strong and have managed high volume turnovers.

This is a brand new opening and the successful manager will be part of the development and opening of this new area within the store. The company offers excellent succession planning and is renowned for its development of its managers.

To be suitable for this role, the client is looking for a strong people person who is excellent at developing relationships as this role will be managing concession relationships as well as managing a large team with own bought brands. Reporting directly into senior management within the store, candidates must have gravitas, a great personality and be armed with commercial information and strategic examples to be successful.

Candidates must be able to showcase how they manage a business from a birds eye perspective and must have strong experience within retail, showcasing their ability to inspire and develop a team of junior and senior colleagues.

This opportunity will be to manage a number of well known luxury leather goods brands known for their it bags and celebrity following.

Candidates must have worked to KPIs
Have strong commercial examples of how to develop a store
Have managed volume staff and turnovers
Have worked under senior manager and experience in reporting into your seniors
Have a strong work ethic and a can do attitude.
