Our client is a fast paced, media led business who is currently seeking someone to join their team to act as the Head of Learning and Development. 

Reporting to the Director of People and Culture, the ideal candidate must be extremely creative, have strong experience of both designing and delivering engaging and exciting programmes, and be someone who strives to do things differently.

The Head of Learning and Development is a key part of the People & Culture team.It is a standalone role, with a specific focus on management development, as well as generic skills training and orientation for all employees, and one to one coaching across the business

This is a fantastic role for someone with experience of managing their own team and delivering training at a senior management level who has a passion for people! Working in an incredibly fast paced environment, you will play a significant part in assisting both individuals and teams across the business with their learning and development needs.
