A premium ladieswear business is seeking an experienced and autonomous sales manager.

This person will also be responsible for the successful execution of the brands sub-brand to run in tandem with the core brand focussing on lifestyle, he market, the sales Manager should plan the successful execution of this business, assessing key accounts without decrementing the current brand turnover - a strategic thought process is required in achieving this.

This person will be able to operate best business model, - wholesale or EDI System controlled approach to drive performance, assessing sale thru and performance throughout.

They will be responsible for working closely with Key accounts including 11 Department stores and 9 current additional EDI Partners alongside key Wholesale business.

In driving the business forward, a hands on approach is required working with staff and management alike to fine tune the buy, drive and analyse the sales, train the staff and improve merchandising standards where appropriate.
All general methods of business acumen will fall within their domain, reviewing best practice - implementing workshops, staff incentives, stock management to ensure we achieve plan.

Personal attributes should include a driven, hardworking and hands on approach to the business. Someone who can lead and inspire key stores and communicate at all levels, they should also possess excellent business acumen, numerical skills with a flair for product. An excellent time planner with a considered approach. IT Literate.
