Trendy Scandinavian house in growth specialized in men and women clothing based in Copenhagen. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a well-connected Head of E-commerce.
Through established digital and traditional marketing experience the Head of E-commerce will lead the team with clear direction, inspiration and motivation to execute a strong brand position and awareness through marketing campaigns, driving traffic online and to stores, ensuring consistent, multimedia engagement and Brand representation.
About the role:
Reporting to the founder, you will be in charge of:
-Campaign Management – create, build and execute awareness campaigns across regions and media (both digital and print) supporting all sales channels (online, retail, wholesale).
-Strategic planning & managing of marketing budget/P&L, as well as the marketing calendar.
-Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor analysis of products, services and market positioning.
-Digital Media – develop digital media platform and opportunities ensuring a broad scope of awareness and experience across digital marketing, display, etc.
-Content Management –deliver engaging, branded, intelligent multi-media content both visually and in the written word.
-Social Media – deliver strong captivating social media strategies across platforms delivering fresh, interesting and exciting engagement creating a viral presence.
-Event Management - Work closely with internal management to identify opportunities for events to support and drive relationships with Wholesale and Retail partners, new stores/key customer recognition opportunities and other promotional activities.
-CRM – Support CRM strategy including customer segmentation and database management.
-Public Relations – work with internal and external PR contacts and agencies to build a brand identity and profile relevant to each different market and culture globally, with a strategic planning across all forms of PR strategy – from Editorial, News, Feature and VIP placement. Including a strong understanding of fashion Blogger culture and industry.
You will be a dynamic Fashion Marketing Manager/Head of Marketing, with 5-10 years in similar role.
Ideally looking for candidates with experience of working with a small/medium sized mid -premium brand.
Ideal candidates with have a Marketing related degree, preferably within fashion.
Proven background of leading a team with excellent people management skills.
