Customer Service Manager

One of the most talked about and exciting fashion brands are looking for an E-commerce Customer Service Manager to come and join the team in their Head Offices. You will be based in their North London offices with a salary of £25k plus benefits.

You will be managing an energetic and passionate team of up to 12 Customer Service Advisors to ensure productivity and a consistent delivery of service excellence. It is your responsibility to ensure the customer's journey is as seamless as possible dealing with any issues, offering advice and helping the customer in any way needed.

What you'll need:
* Team Leader experience gained in a people management capacity within a contact centre environment
* Demonstrable experience of managing multiple workflows to a set of targeted KPI's
* Performance and quality management experience
* Used to working in a high volume, fast paced, ever changing environment
* Proven ability to multi-task a number of sometimes conflicting priorities
* Experience with HR processes - 121's, disciplinaries, grievances and investigations

Working hours will be 37.5 hours per week working 5 days in shift patterns (including one weekend in 3). You will get 25 days holiday plus a day off for your birthday and there is a potential to earn a yearly bonus.
