An exciting new Senior Multichannel Designer opportunity at international beauty brand!

The Senior Multichannel Designer will deliver and encourage visually beautiful and engaging digital and print concepts to meet stakeholder’s briefs and expectations. Working with authority and professionalism, they will delegate tasks and offer feedback to team members, ensuring the high quality of design work and leading key creative projects.

The Senior Multichannel Designer will aim is to set campaigns apart from those of competitors. Using their knowledge, experience and understanding of graphic design, typography and the digital environment to execute projects of all sizes, and see them translated globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forging and executing exciting digital/print ideas
  • Generating ideas and pitching them into stakeholders and other members of the team
  • Encouraging others to share and explore their ideas
  • Delegating tasks and providing support for less senior members of the team
  • Strong attention to detail and an overall critical eye for design.
  • Collaborating across the departments to drive up standards of digital creativity
  • Be completely responsible for the development of design themes and concepts, ensuring all assets are designed to the very highest brand standard and timeframes.
  • Overseeing and advising developers during the development process, with particular attention to consistency.
  • Perform regular quality assurance checks to ensure the work is being carried out to the highest standards, giving appropriate design advice and highlighting areas of success and improvement.
  • Take ownership of all elements of the design process, developing style setters, visual identity and art direction, and ensure these are delivered consistently across every platform.

  • Experience of POS, brand identity and e-commerce
  • Build a strong relationship with the Marketing team. Understand and interpret design briefs while championing the creative team and its skills
