We have a fantastic opportunity for an Ecommerce Manager to work for this luxury contemporary womenswear lifestyle brand who draw their inspiration from the contrast between structure and spontaneity. In this role you will be responsible for the brands website and customer experience.
Main duties of this role will include:
  • Controlling the workings of the website including everything from product launches to graphic updates and technical issues
  • Bringing the brand to life through content development to broaden the customer experience through website and social media channels
  • Responsible for coordinating online product launches
  • Responsible for insuring the accuracy and usability of all web and digital platforms for the brand. (desktop, mobile, international, customer experience)
  • Building strong relationships with business partners to drive efficiencies (photoshoots, production and design)
  • Oversee the production and delivery of Ecommerce product photography and video, reviewing and driving the creative direction forward on a seasonal basis.
  • Lead the planning, production and optimisation of digital content ensuring all internal stakeholders are briefed and feedback is taken on board.
  • To work with Retail team and store on connecting all areas together of Retail together through social media with set goals
Person requirements:
  • Several years’ experience in an Ecommerce content/operations role
  • Experience working for a luxury fashion brand managing their website
  • Strong commercial acumen and extensive knowledge of the drivers of online engagement and the mechanisms to influence them
  • Proactive
  • Good technical understanding of web development and Google Analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Experience with Amplience, Live chat, Shopify, Word Press
  • Strong knowledge of the Magento system essential
