Customer Acquisition Manager

An exciting new Customer Acquisition Manager opportunity at established luxury menswear brand.

The Customer Acquisition Manager will be responsible for implementing all PPC, display, SEO and affiliate marketing strategy, to optimise website traffic and drive online conversion.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing strategies for the SEO, PPC, display and affiliate channels
  • Day to day management of SEO, PPC, display and affiliate activities
  • Analyse channel performance, content and navigation structures to identify strong/weak points and continuously improve
  • Implement recommendations for SEO
  • Use data from PPC and paid social media to aide online conversion and adapt future strategy for keyword targeting
  • Maintain relationships & scheduling promotions with affiliate partners, developing and monitoring their activity
  • Analyse and report on affiliate programme
  • Identify other opportunities or partnerships outside of the existing network
  • Management of budgets

Key Skills required:

  • Proven experience planning and delivering successful PPC/biddable media campaigns
  • Expert working knowledge of AdWords, Google Display, Google Analytics, Bing paid search and paid social media
  • Experience developing and managing affiliate relationships
  • Experience implementing effective SEO strategy
  • Strong commercial awareness and a results-driven approach
