Online Marketing Manager - Exciting Online Shopping Destination - Beauty

Exciting new online shopping destination, focused on premium Afro-Caribbean beauty and hair care products. This is an accelerator-backed Start-up on a mission to serve a hugely lucrative market segment, providing a trusted marketplace for all things beauty.

The founders are looking for a bright, creative Online Marketing Manager to develop and deliver the digital marketing plan across key channels, generating a tangible online presence for this up-and-coming brand in order to meet international growth objectives.

Main duties & responsibilities:

o Manage global SEM initiatives and campaigns though day to day agency management
o Hold support agencies accountable to pre-defined KPIs to hit revenue and conversion targets
o Identify opportunities to expand the brand profile through targeted Display, Affiliate, Retargeting or other activity
o Develop, nourish and grow eCRM strategy; ensure a regular flow of relevant emails reach the database, analyse the results and use these to improve ROI
o Drive analytics to guide website development and enhancements to improve user flow and conversion rate
o Work with the founders and web team to identify opportunities to drive revenues through the digital channels - e.g. promotions and other tactics to drive business growth during key need periods, while maintaining brand stature and integrity
o Seek out new resources and technological innovations in the online world to improve customer interaction and conversions
o Maintain content on web and identify ways to enhance conversion through site enhancements
o Maintain a suite of digital performance reports to be communicated internally on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. Includes PPC campaigns, website performance, social media engagement, content performance and CRM
o Collaborate with the founders on content strategy for the website
o Develop copy as defined by agency recommendations for SEO purposes
o Grow video content channels for brand awareness
o Collaborate with the digital team on website design and drive UX development and enhancements
o Work with creative agency and IT on website functionality to improve user experience and conversions
o Develop and continue to refine the information architecture design of e-commerce processes
o Direct brand strategy and content across social media platforms to drive fan growth & engagement for the brand
