About the Client:

A famous sport brand based in Germany who design and sell shoes, textiles and accessories over the world. They are expending their digital team and they are looking for a senior e-commerce manager DACH.

About the role:

• Definition, development and implementation of the E-Commerce / Key Accounts DACH marketing strategy

• Responsible for the development of the strategic e-commerce & key account marketing plans and campaign plans (roadmap) for the top customers in close collaboration with the online agency and the Teamhead Trade Marketing & Performance Marketing DACH and the relevant interfaces in sales

• Active further development of the marketing e-commerce strategy DACH based on the KPIs at the market shoppers and online campaigns in close cooperation with the digital? And media agency to maximize the reach in the target group and the ROI

• Independent support for the mark-ups with the most important online customers and individual support for the top customers in the area of e-commerce & key account

• Maximize the ease-of-use of the mark shops in close collaboration with customers and the digital agency (based on qualitative and quantitative customer data)

• Increased visibility by optimal implementation of the int. Marketing concepts in the market shops, online and at the POS

• Evaluate marketing campaigns and derive effective strategies to reach customers through the market shoppers and online campaigns

• Close co-operation with sales and merchandising to ensure the timely implementation of seasonal marketing and promotion campaigns at E-Commerce & Key Account

• Continuous execution of sales and competitor analyzes with focus on products, sales and price strategy as well as the latest e-commerce technologies and trends

• Monitoring and controlling all key accounts marketing activities (online / offline) in Germany

• Ensuring a brand-specific implementation at the Top Online Customers and Key Accounts in consultation with Sales, VM, Production and European Marketing

• Key contact for all marketing and service activities at Top Online Customers and Key Accounts

• Evaluation of the needs for sell-in and sell-out programs as well as implementation of national, sales support concepts, materials and information for e-commerce / key accounts

• Implementation of the marketing presentations at sell-in appointments with the top customers (e-commerce & key account)

• Planning the budget and cost control in the area of e-commerce / key accounts

• Management, coordination and briefing of external partners (agencies, etc.)

About you:

• Successfully completed business studies, sports economics or sports management studies focusing on digital, e-commerce or online marketing

• Several years of professional experience in the field of marketing (usually in a comparable position with a brand manufacturer, trading partner or agency)

• Thorough handling of proven e-commerce and online methods as well as the technical environment

• Detailed knowledge in the fields of digital, online and e-commerce

• Very good knowledge in dealing with KPIs, digital world, common CMS and e-commerce systems

• Strong ability to analyze trends (new products / brands)

• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

• Comprehensive knowledge of the sports and fashion industry

• Structured and accurate workmanship and excellent project management skills
