In a considered and curated environment, the new premium space elevates the shopping experience for our customers, allowing a deeper engagement, as well as an authentic and differentiated retail experience. You’ve got a profound knowledge of the premium streetwear scene and understand fashion-forward customers and the contemporary designs that allows them to express themselves. You’ll have an instinctive understanding of what customers want and immerse them in the Clarks Originals brand.
As well as leading the team, meeting targets and overseeing operations, you’ll be a brand ambassador, raising the store’s profile in the heart of Soho captivating customers on the Clarks Original’s journey. You’ll be in charge of P&L, stock flow, cost management and visual merchandising for your store.
A bit about you
With a background in retail management, you’ve already got what it takes. You can deliver sales, manage teams, handle budgets and plan staffing levels. The thing that will make you stand out from the crowd is your deep knowledge of streetwear Fashion, the London Fashion Scene and your connections in this field. It means that you and our customers will be talking the same language – and you’ll love having conversations, with the ability to offer a truly bespoke experience with unrivalled service, building a loyal customer base. You’ll have a passion for being right in the heart of London and keeping up with the latest looks and trends. A commercial thinker, you’ll jump at the opportunity to run store that’s one of a kind.
