JUST consultancies are looking for an experienced Branded Wholesale Sales Manager for their multi brand showroom based in London. The position needs a dynamic thinker with a strong analytical mind and proven background of success to continue to drive the business forward. Key Account and Independent market knowledge is essential. This role reports directly into the Directors.
- Management of 11 direct reports.
- Strategic planning and setting of budgets.
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets.
- Driving seasonal and in season sales opportunities.
- Ensuring full visibility to Directors on seasonal campaigns versus targets.
- Weekly reporting to communicate current business by Executive and Brand.
- The ability to multifunction across the brands and categories on a daily basis.
- Coaching, training and development of the sales teams.
- Provide regular market place and trade analysis.
- Building strong relationships internally and externally.
- Distribution planning.
- At least 5 years experience in Sales and Management.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to close.
- Travel between the London and Manchester showrooms.
- Travel to customer meetings.
- Trade show attendance when required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Works to a high standard at all times.
