Senior Recruitment Consultant - Digital/Marketing

Most of our recruiters are originally from a fashion background and as such you will be working with passionate, knowledgeable people who really get the needs of our clients and candidates.
We are looking for a passionate and driven 360 Senior/Recruitment Consultant specialized in Digital/Marketing to join our successful team.
Reporting directly to the Head of the division, you will be the main responsible to create your own folder of clients and candidates, making sure to reach your personal monthly target. Work as a recruitment consultant alongside a fast-paced and experienced team network and assess a wide range of candidates from Creative Directors, Art Directors, Graphic Designers & Illustrators, through to Digital Designers, UX, UI, Front & Backend Developers, Studio Managers, Project Managers & Account Handlers.
Develop and implement sales strategies on a regular basis to ensure current and potential business is maximised. This includes prospecting for new clients and ultimately selling to clients a bespoke range of recruiting strategies.
Responsible to handle the process from the beginning to end
Generate and maintain a current and new client system
Work with a wide range of highly technical and interesting businesses across digital/marketing.
Delivering the full cycle recruitment from sourcing candidates to liaising and delivering to the client.
Sourcing both in/outside the UK and fully qualifying candidates, understanding what they are looking for in their next position.
Conduct pre-screening meetings with potential candidates to ensure both parties expectations are equally managed before a formal process begins
Meeting the candidate, setting up interviews, providing interview preparation, interview feedback and being available for any questions or issues they have.
Attend regular client meetings and daily communications with clients, whether this be providing them with candidate applications, managing the interview/offer process or updating them on the current candidate market and competitors within the industry
Partner with decision makers to clarify what staff they are looking for and forecast when they need them
Generate Monthly target
Minimum 2 years of strong experience recruiting medium to high level roels
Clear career progression within the Digital/Marketing sector
You will have had exposure to pure plays, multi and omni-channel businesses
Natural ability to influence Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
