Customer Service Supervisor
Our client is a supplier and retailer of fashion accessories. They are looking for motivated and strong candidates to work in their busy Sales Office.
Customer Service Supervisor - The Role:
- Supervise and follow principles and practices of the company
- Plan, allocate and prioritise workloads to meet operating requirements.
- Develop, implement and revise work methods and procedures.
- Assists with the more specialised and difficult work activities of personnel.
- Recommend changes to efficiently and effectively accomplish assigned objectives.
- Initiate and coordinate complex projects with other departments and interact with other department personnel to accomplish our objectives.
Customer Service Supervisor - The Candidate:
- Must have previous supervisor/team leader experience
- You will be self-motivated and able to work as part of a team.
- Be able to communicate at all levels
- Excellent computer literacy skills and working knowledge of Office Administration
