The Company

Our client is a supplier and retailer of fashion accessories.  They are looking for motivated and strong candidates to work in their busy Sales Office.

Customer Service Supervisor - The Role: 

  • Supervise and follow principles and practices of the company
  • Plan, allocate and prioritise workloads to meet operating requirements. 
  • Develop, implement and revise work methods and procedures. 
  • Assists with the more specialised and difficult work activities of personnel. 
  • Recommend changes to efficiently and effectively accomplish assigned objectives. 
  • Initiate and coordinate complex projects with other departments and interact with other department personnel to accomplish our objectives. 

Customer Service Supervisor - The Candidate:

  • Must have previous supervisor/team leader experience
  • You will be self-motivated and able to work as part of a team. 
  • Be able to communicate at all levels
  • Excellent computer literacy skills and working knowledge of Office Administration

Customer Service Supervisor - The Package:

  • Depending on experience
