This role requires an immediate starter that can commit to this role for up to three months. This leading restaurant brand is seeking a HR/ER adviser on a temporary basis to work within Head Office working in the HR team.

The role is to provide general HR support to the business - including all existing restaurants. The advisor will be involved in employee relations, recruitment, retention, performance management and succession planning etc.

It is essential for this role that suitable applicants have a good working knowledge of all aspects of HR, including, employment law, recruitment, training and development, performance management, employee relations, succession planning, implementing policies and procedures. A long with this you should be a strong communicator and have the ability to be empathetic and influence.
