Client Assistant - Luxury Accessories - Fulham
We are looking for a Client Assistant to join this global leading luxury accessories brand based in Fulham. They are known for their unique and innovative wearable designs. You will act as the brand ambassador on a wholesale, ecommerce and retail capacity. If you are highly organised, have 1+ years experience and love the world of fashion this would be the perfect role for you!
- Be an ambassador and promote the ethos and culture of the brand
- Responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service delivered to both customers and partners via all communication channels - telephone, live chat and email
- Provide expert product and service information to customers when necessary
- Work with partner services and operations teams to resolve any order discrepancies
- Keeping up to date with the product offering and have great brand knowledge
- Liaise with retail location regarding any repairs
- Process all web returns in a timely manor
- Previous experience (1 years+) working in luxury retail / fashion environment is essential
- Head office customer service experience is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
- Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Be able to solve problems and deal with customer complaints in an efficient and timely manner
- Passionate about luxury fashion, products and trends
- Ideal candidate is vibrant, well presented, tenacious and well spoken
- Salary up to £25k (depending on experience)
