We have an opportunity for an International Sales Manager to join a financially strong and exceptionally ambitious Ladieswear Supplier to International retail brands across Europe.
This newly created position of Sales Account Manager will be reporting to the Managing Director. The Sales Account Manager would need to have accomplished maintaining accounts whilst developing new contacts/leads for the business.
The Sales Account Manager will need to be German Speaking and familiar with Outerwear, Tailoring and Knitwear.
The Sales Account Manager’s Role:-
- Develop and open new key accounts.
- Drive the business forward pushing the boundaries of design and innovation with both account managers and Design
- Responsibility for managing a team of account managers, designers and merchandisers
- Understanding key production procedures and factory capabilities
- Product Developing in Knitwear
- Good knowledge of margins and costing
- Working closely with key stakeholders including directors of the business
- The ability to believe in your decision making and take responsibility.
Key The Sales Account Manager’s Skills:-
- Able to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Good knowledge of knitwear
- Ability to travel, sometimes at short notice on client visits to manufacturing sources worldwide
- Excellent organisational skills
- Confident, outgoing and passionate about sales and the ability to influence
- Good attention to detail
- Must be German speaking
