Our client continues to grow, as a result we are looking for an experienced eCommerce Trading Manager to manage the daily sales performance. You will be given full responsibility to manage all aspects of the website including promotions, personalisation, content and optimisation.

What the role looks like:

  • Managing the daily trading calender to deliver revenue growth
  • Responsible for enhancing user experience to drive conversion
  • Overseeing execution of all brand campaigns and product launches on site to ensure maximum impact
  • Defining and managing KPI's for ecom team
  • Monthly and weekly reporting using analytics tools to give insight on performance and plans
  • Understand customer behaviour through web analytics
  • Continued support with development of new systems and website
  • Assuming responsibility for being reactive to sales performance
  • Ensuring best-practice is followed for on page SEO
  • Liaising with Merchandising team to ensure the website accurately reflects latest offers
  • As the eCommerce Trading Manager, you are responsible for achieving revenue targets

    You will be responsible for the site functionality working with in house developers to ensure the site is optimised and providing the best possible customer journey.


    What the ideal candidate looks like:

    • Experience & proven track record managing an eCommerce team
    • Excellent project, planning, change and time management
    • Experience with website analysis tools
    • Strong communication, writing and analytical skills
    • Understanding and experience of the Magento platform
    • Exceptional attention to detail

    • You will have a proven track record of delivery conversion/sales/profit growth
