Elite Associates have partnered with a beautiful luxury designer of bridal and eveningwear to recruit a Creative Pattern Room Manager for their atelier based in Lincolnshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an amazing team and successful business in this newly created role.

Key Responsibilities:
*Manage, lead and mentor the team to ensure high productivity and quality of work whilst maintaining a great working culture
*Support the team with creating toiles and patterns which meet the technical requirements within deadlines
*Responsible for creating complex patterns and toiles requiring a creative approach and advanced techniques
*Create patterns and toiles for more complex designs, coming up with suggestions and creative ideas on how new products can be developed
*Keep up to date with the latest pattern cutting techniques and share this with the team
*Oversee fitting sessions throughout the collection development, sharing information with relevant teams

Candidate Profile:
*Proven ability to manage a team
*Must have excellent knowledge of Couture techniques, eveningwear, corsetry and tailoring
*Extensive experience working for Couture brands
*Excellent knowledge of Pattern Cutting cycle
*Strong communication skills
*Ability to work under pressure
*High attention to detail
*Proactive, vibrant, and excellent problem solver
*Highly motivated with the ability to prioritize
*Must be a team player who interacts well with colleagues, builds trust and credibility
