NJ Screen Prints Ltd is based in Hinckley and is the UK’s leading volume screen printer of garments to retail and trade.  Boasting leading edge printing technology and excellent relationships with high street retailers and the major supermarket brands, NJ is a growing business that has doubled its turnover over the last two years.   Bioworld International Ltd is a joint venture business with a leading US licensed goods business, based in the UK and working across Europe.  BWI is driving significant growth opportunities in both licensed apparel and accessories across Europe to existing and new customers. Employing around 180 staff in NJ and 22 in BWI, both businesses are focussed and committed to leading edge design, quality and customer service.  We have robust and long-standing relationships with High Street retailers, premium clothing bands and the major supermarket clothing brands; as well as a growing presence in the licensed product arena. 

To support this growth and new direction we are seeking several exceptional Sales Executives to join our already successful teams.  In the UK sales will be either apparel and / or licensed accessories to retail and the role will be based in Hinckley, Leicestershire.

For European roles, we are seeking candidates already based in country and with a proven track record of sales in licensed apparel and accessories to the retail market.  Candidates MUST be fluent in the native language of their territory as well as having excellent spoken and written English.  You will be a self-motivated person and able to organise your own diary.  This role reports to the Head of Sales based in the UK and you may be required to attend meetings in the UK from time to time as required.

For both UK and European roles, we need experienced sales professionals who have a proven sales track record working in the Retail or Licensing sector; in apparel or accessories.  This sales experience may be from working for a retailer in the supply chain, as a supplier to retail or from licensed product sales and the ideal candidate will have experience selling to multiple retailers.  Must be able to demonstrate exceptional sales skills and will have a history of managing new business, maintaining current business and revitalising dormant contacts.  Must be confident communicating to the highest standards both verbally and in writing, must be numerate and able to understand and analyse data.  Practical experience and a good understanding of Microsoft Office packages is required.         

We are looking for individuals with confidence, enjoy working in a fast-paced industry and will exude passion for the products you are selling.  An on trend and design focussed individual; will deliver the sales strategy through excellence in customer service, a ‘work with’ consultative approach to sales; and by building strong relationships with buyers and key decision makers.   Must have excellent relationship management skills and be able to develop and maintain communication channels with both internal and external stakeholders.  They must have a demonstrable compelling presentation style that delivers winning results.  Must be a hungry and driven individual who measures their success by customer satisfaction and delivery of the sales strategy.
