Customer Service Assistant - Luxury Brand
This world renowned luxury brand are currently looking for a customer service assistant to join their head office team in London. This role is ideal for someone with a at least 1 years online customer service experience working for a fashion brand.
- You will be responsible for always providing a high level of customer service to clients via all communication channels - telephone and email
- Keeping up to date with all product knowledge
- Provide customers with product knowledge when necessary
- Previous experience working in luxury retail or customer care is a must to be considered
- Online customer service experience is a must
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
- Passionate about luxury fashion, current trends and different products
- You will have really great problem solving skills, knowing how to handle a variety of different customer complaints
- Excellent English is a must
- Up to £22k + bonus
