ROLE OVERVIEW
The Customer Service Professional is a highly skilled point of contact who manages diverse customer needs which includes new sales, after-sales support and general enquiries. The Customer Service Professional provides the brand experience to every customer and develops strong customer relationships by ensuring the delivery of the highest service levels through the pursuit of excellence, innovation and state of the art technology.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
*Build customer relationships by creating a welcoming and gracious ambience.
*Respond to customer needs in a consistently efficient and accurate manner.
*Contribute to the success of the department through working to achieve the
department's goals and taking responsibility for all customer inquiries.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
*Languages - Mandarin/Cantonese or German ESSENTIAL
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Previous sales & service experience in retail,contact center environment or
administration.
*Flexibility with work schedule; weekends as required.
