Sales Admin Assistant
My client is an extremely successful supplier to high street retailers. This client produces multi products and is looking for a Sales Admin Assistant to join the sales team.
Responsibilities for the Sales Admin Assistant will be to gather sampling information to assist account management team in costing and order confirmation. Raise Sales orders. Manage and responsible for sending information/samples required out to customers via post and email. Assisting in the preparation of on-site customer meetings. General administrative support for the account managers. Must be organised and able to prioritise. Must have good attention to detail. Must be confident, IT literate, excel knowledge essential and able to pick-up systems quickly. The ideal candidate for this Sales Admin Assistant will be currently in a production or merch admin role on supplier side, and be looking to transition to sales. Or you will currently already be in a sales admin role.
