A online company in Greater Manchester are seeking an Administrator with experience using Linnworks
Your new company
You will be working for an award-winning online company. They send product around the world and supply high street stores and also post items directly to customers in the UK and abroad. They have successfully created an online arm of their company and have been flooded with customer orders. They need a helping hand from someone who is experienced using Linnworks to help ensure their customers aren't disappointed.
Your new role
You will be joining a busy eCommerce team and will be responsible for making sure customers receive their orders. On a daily basis you will import data files into Linnworks and produce invoices and shipping labels ready to be sent to the warehouse to be picked and packed. You will also monitor eBay and Amazon accounts to ensure no orders or customer query is missed. If the order list is particularly large it's all hands on deck and you will also do some picking and packing along with your other colleagues.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience using Linnworks. Experience with eBay / Amazon orders in a wholesale/supply/high volume environment would also be beneficial. You will be organised and have a good eye for detail. Some flexibility will be required during busy sale periods such as January sale or promotional events. Due to location of their offices it would be best if you had access to a car.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of up to £18,000 depending on experience. Free on-site parking.
