An unusual opportunities for candidates with the below transferable skills to enter an in house uniform stylist role within one of London's most famous Private Member's clubs.

Have worked within styling previously. Either as a hobby or professionally
Have worked in fashion in some capacity either in a head office role or retail
Have an incredibly strong eye for detail

The role itself will consist of:

*Work effectively with the onsite uniform team ensuring strong communication with the Uniform Room Manager
*Ensure the FOH team are wearing the correct uniform for their shift including accessories as per the LookBook
*Walk the floors of the Club to ensure team are smart, correct uniforms in place and their uniforms are correctly co-ordinated
*If a member of the team does not suit the uniform allocated - assess inventory available for the role and change uniform for the day and feedback to Head Office Merchandising Manager
*Take into account weather when deciding on suitability of uniform making amends where necessary to ensure team are able to work effectively and comfortably
*Work with the Design Assistant based at head office to update the LookBook as required
*Check the uniform stock for wear and tear with the Uniform Room Manager to assess the life span of each uniform item
*Identify any garments that we are getting common faults and discuss with the Merchandising Manager potential solutions and action as necessary
*Assess whether we have sufficient quantities available across all items to ensure any re-order requirements are communicated to the Merchandising Manager in good time taking into account delivery times of individual items
*Make recommendations to the Merchandising Manager on the uniforms which can be considered for the new collection or additional items being added to the uniform wardrobe
*Work effectively with the HO uniform team and support them when implementing new collections

Key experience and skills:
*Operational experience preferred
*Highly organised and strong eye for detail
*Good understanding of systems - ideally experience of uniform management system or database
*Strong administration skills
*Microsoft office skills - excel, word and outlook, InDesign or similar would be useful

Candidates will need to be able to start in this role mid September.
