Customer Service Supervisor - Luxury Gift Company
We are looking for a talented Customer Service Supervisor to join the Head Office of this luxury gifts company that is based in West London. This role is ideal for someone that can offer a luxury service and build rapport with clients.
- First point of contact for online queries and registrations
- Customer service via all online channels - Telephone, email and live chat
- Management of client base and proactively following up and converting new business
- Coaching and training the online team to optimise performance to meet KPIs
- Ensuring average response times are through all channels are to a timely manner and high standard across teams
- Compiling reports to outline the customer service channels operations
- Previous customer service experience working within a luxury environment
- Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience of working towards KPIs
Up to £26,000 plus commission and excellent benefits
