Responsible for the development and implementation of the brands social media and off site content strategy.

1)Team. Social media represents a significant opportunity for the brand. To deliver success we need to create a winning team. The first task will be to recruit and structure a team that is motivated and driven to achieve success. They will be driven by ambition, results and making a difference

2)Strategy. Put in place a deliverable, yet aspirational strategy which demonstrates best in class. It should be multichannel focussed - delivering upon the priorities of each social channel.

A massively exciting opportunity where the role limitations are only defined by how far the individual is willing to take it.

Reports to:Director of Marketing
Direct Reports: Two, with expansion possibility to three

Key Responsibilities:

*Paid social. Developing a clear paid plan and defining KPIs. As well as planning media, channel and format you will also work with creative teams to develop creative concepts.
*Organic. Build an annual plan to develop category leading engaging content. Never miss an opportunity being present in reactive content.
*YouTube. Develop a clear content strategy, production of materials and where appropriate backed with spend. Create a best in class video channel.
*PR. Manage all consumer PR from social to print. Working alongside our PR agency.
*Influencer and ambassadors. Define strategy, budget and implementation of identified influencers and ambassadors.
*Community management. Define the process and structure and work with our customer service team to implement a definitive response plan
*Content creation. By working with both internal creative department and external production agency you will develop all creative assets required to fulfil the needs of each channel.

Principal Skills & Attributes Required:

*You will have previous social and content experience from a professional capacity.
*Prior knowledge of paid social media landscape with in-depth knowledge of booking and planning process.
*Good crisis management and customer engagement skills are essential.
*Broad customer centric marketing experience likely to have been gained through a similar retail role within retail or customer focussed service organisations including agencies.
*Attention to detail.
*Highly creative with the ability to deliver within specified guidelines. Both orally and visually creative.
*Ability to manage budgets using negotiation skills to ensure that costs are delivered within.
*Multi-tasking, managing multiple projects across various media disciplines.
*Strong skillset in managing both internal and external stakeholders.
