To help manage ordering,Intake and allocation process and maximise availability for all stores.

Our client is worldwide both online and in stores and are continuing to grow their business-they specialise within Accessories.

Description

  • Maintain high administrative standards
  • Communicate/Liaise effectively within team and the stores to maximise sales and profits
  • Liaise with Suppliers as required
  • Chase outstandings orders within the team and the store/others departments to max sales and profit opportunities
  • Maintain a good level of stock and availability
  • Set up and maintain weekly delivery schedule of intake to ensure availability of stock in stores
  • liaise with the warehouse and stores to resolve any logistics/deliveries queries
  • Creating seasonal orders for stores
  • Prepare weekly trading reports

Profile

  • A self starter
  • Advance excel skills (Vlookups,pivot tables ECT)
  • Well organised and able to prioritise workload
  • Analytic thinker with good problem solving skills
  • Process driven
  • Flexible-may need to get involved in other areas of the business
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail
