A brand new opportunity has arisen for a Customer Experience Advisor to join a fab new footwear brand launching in the UK.

The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic individual who is looking for a progressive position within a retail/ecommerce business.

The ideal candidate has experience of working in a call centre environment and some experience within a retail ecommerce environment would be advantageous.

A self -motivated, positive, 'can do' approach to the varied tasks within the role is a must. We are looking for an excellent communicator, both spoken and written, who can provide an outstanding level of customer service to the customers, leaving them delighted with the experience provided.

The ideal candidate should have previous experience within customer service and/or a call centre, be incredibly passionate and be confident in delivering the brand experience. You should also have excellent communication skills and thrive in a fast paced environment!
