We are working with an amazing luxury brand who are looking to expand their resort collection and looking for a Designer to join their team. The ideal candidate is a highly creative individual and commercially aware, who welcomes the opportunity to work on a highly collaborative team and embrace change as the brand grows and develops.

Title: Designer- Resort wear

*Direct trend and strategy for resort collection. Research current best sellers and
trends to develop appropriate style, design, and brand evolution.
*Own the resort product design process including market research, designing, hand
sketching, flat sketching, specing, creating tech packs, and ensuring that product
is designed to meet target customer's fit criteria
*Work closely with other members and cross-category design teams to ensure a cohesive
product line is realised; provide recommendations regarding seasonal themes, edits
to line
*Possess strong knowledge of garment construction and fabric to lead fit sessions to
help solve
all problems that may occur during proto sample and market stage; responsible for
final approval of sample fit to ensure production-ready market samples
*Provide direction for colour ways, fabric, and trim direction selection.


*Exceptional taste and creativity levels
*Ability to adapt to frequent change and a high pressure environment
*A strong team player and considerate of colleagues
*Proven experience in a current role
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and
maintain relationships
