We have an amazing opportunity working for a luxury contemporary brand who are looking for a competent and enthusiastic Supply Chain Assistant to join their team. You will be overseeing inbound and outbound domestic traffic of wholesale in the UK and Ireland.

We are looking for someone who is passionate with a can do attitude, reliable, organised, able to use his or her own initiative, works well individually and within a team. The successful candidate will be professional in manner, have a flexible approach to work and have excellent communication skills.

Location: Central London

Key Duties:

General/ Logistics:
·Providing operational, logistics and administrational support to UK & Irish
wholesale clients
·Develop and maintain good client relationships by delivering best customer service
whilst implementing best practice procedure to ensure an efficient and smooth supply
·Daily Liaison with freight forwarders.
·Coordinating movements of stock, maximising cost-effectiveness and tracking all
·Supporting with any ad hoc projects
·General administration duties

Data capture and analysis
·Need to be comfortable with statistics and numerical data with good excel skills, as
you will be producing weekly and monthly supply chain reports
·Analysing of statistical data

Customer Services:
·Order management process (placement, phasing and delivery) for wholesale key
·Daily contact with wholesale clients
·Providing clients with delivery information: daily/weekly delivery updates, barcode
reports, delivery phasing.
·Working closely with Wholesale sales team & finance

Ideal Candidate
·Proficient in Excel
·Comfortable with statistics and numeracy
·Ability to prioritise own workload and work well under pressure
·Previous experience in a supply chain/logistics or customer service role
