We are working with a great brand who is looking for candidates to join their energetic Online Customer Service team. The client is looking for candidates are passionate, charismatic, kind, and focused. You will be working with a company who believes people are the greatest asset which ensures the customer experience throughout the whole process that enhances and represents the brand.

As the Online Customer Care Advisor you will provide a consistent high standard of customer service to all E-Commerce customers in German/English. You are customer focus and attention to detail will be exemplary, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our consumers are satisfied. You will need to be self-motivated and able to work both alone and as part of a team, be confident in your problem solving and able to handle multiple concurrent queries.
You will be the first point of contact for all incoming contact via telephone, email and chat in German Locale language, and will need to be comfortable with both written and verbal interactions.

*A keen commitment to providing excellent online customer service support to German
consumers supported by having a good awareness of the product ranges.
*Respond to customer needs in a consistently efficient and accurate manner.
*Contribute to the success of the department through working to achieve the
department's goals and taking responsibility for all customer inquiries.
*To ensure that neat and accurate maintenance of all data records, based on orders

*Strives for excellence, delivers results, and measures outcomes.
*To be flexible in their working hours.

*Languages -German- ESSENTIAL
*Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
*Flexibility to work in various roles based on business needs (i.e., on the sales
floor, operations, etc.).
*Previous customer service experience.
*Familiarity with website technology, website navigation and terminology associated
with e-commerce.
*Flexibility with work schedule; weekends as required.
*Must have authorisation to work and remain in the UK
*Proven problem solver
*Good all-rounder in aspects of time management and priority planning
