The CRM Analyst will be responsible for analysing customer data and identifying trends in order to gain a deep understanding of customer behaviour and ensure targeted communications. Also responsible for supporting other departments with insights to help them make more customer centric decisions.

The CRM Analyst will be highly analytical, a natural problem solver and able to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining excellent attention to detail.

Key responsibilities:

  • Analyse large datasets to provide insight and ensure targeted customer communications across email, app and direct mail marketing
  • Work with wider CRM team to support the customer contact strategy, and to drive Omni-channel footfall and sales
  • Monitor own bought channel performance and customer behaviour to optimise future strategy
  • Build and monitor the control group methodology across own bought channel activity to measure incremental sales
  • Provide regular insight & recommendations to the Loyalty, Events & VIP Relations team to optimise their guest lists & activations
  • Regular KPI & performance reports provided to wider business with tangible commentary & actions

Skills

  • Literate SQL skills
  • Experience with SAAS solutions (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Highly numerate
  • Proven experience with large, complex datasets
  • KPI driven
  • Ability to communicate information clearly & concisely
  • Good understanding of marketing channels & performance
