A fantastic and rare opportunity has arisen to join a boutique based in one of London's most prestigious department stores.

This luxury footwear brand has grown organically from a freelance designer setting up his own shoe salon. Often they partner on various collaborations with other organisations, continuously bringing unlimited pieces and remaining a leader in the luxury footwear industry. The brand has since expanded their product categories including men's footwear, handbags, fragrances and makeup.

My client is looking to expand their team with a diverse role which combines selling as well as developing and maintaining strong relationships.


Responsibilities of the role
* Building strong relationships with clients
* Promoting the brand through client contact
* Maintain highest level of customer service at all times
* Driving sales through clientelling and CRM
* Advising on aftercare and product advice

The idea candidate will have
* Luxury/Premium retail experience
* Complete commitment to meeting store and individual KPI's and targets
* A strong transferable client book/ CRM experience
* A genuine interest in fashion and personal styling

This brand provides excellent incentives such as a rewarding commission structure and uniform allowance.
