They are looking for an experienced coordinator who is organised and has a thorough understanding of administration.

Stock & Logistics Coordinator- The Role
Logging sales, expenses and stock movements on the company’s internal systemsKeeping schedules up to date and communicating this information to other members of the teamWorking with the warehouse team to arrange the dispatch of stockEmploying and maintaining relationships with freelance vending staffLogistical planning and scheduling of merchandise sales on bands’ tours, liaising with clients and suppliers to organise the effective sale of merchandiseForecasting stock requirementsProviding input on the commercial viability of projectsCommunicating stock and pricing information to freelance staff and merchandise concessionsCreating P&L reports for projects and providing internal and external analysis on performanceRepresenting the company at live events, liaising with concession managers and freelance staff to ensure they are working to a high standard, and liaising with clients to ensure their needs are met
Stock & Logistics Coordinator- The Candidate
IT literate with sound experience using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft programmesStrong organisational skillsExperience of managing projects to tight timelinesExcellent time keeping and ability to meet short deadlinesAbility to work under pressure individually and as part of a teamCapable of working on multiple projects simultaneouslyFlexible approach to working to fast moving, changing demandsExcellent client and supplier relationsExperience of creating and monitoring budgets
