My client is a well-established and reputable retailer in the Yorkshire area who are looking for an Assistant Merchandiser to join their strong team of merchandisers and drive the company through success. Situated in Yorkshire, they have many years of experience within the business and are constantly growing.
Your new role
The company requires someone who will use their Merchandising skills to prepare and collate regular feedback to the Buying team regarding current performance and emerging trends in order to maximise sales in trade meetings. You will also be managing the delivery and shipment deadlines, identifying risk to ensure accurate intake of stock according to plan levels, provide weekly updates on map/intake issues.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have 2 years+ merchandising or analytical experience. You will have a knowledge of worldwide supply chain operations and commitment management skills preferred.
