I am seeking an experienced and charismatic ladies RTW specialist to represent an iconic British fashion house located in an infamous shopping district in Central London.

This brand is renowned for their eccentric LRTW collections as well as their unique leather goods and accessories. Sustainability plays a vital factor within the brand ethos and influences within the collection.

My client is looking for energetic, entrepreneurial individuals with strong experience within Ladies Ready to Wear. You must be able to drive CRM and build strong relationships with customers as well as having previous experience of working towards KPI's and store targets.

The Ideal Candidate:

- Will have over 1 years' experience within ladies RTW
- Have expert understanding of their product area
- Come from a fashion background and have a passion for luxury retail
- Excellent linguistic skills
- A strong understanding of customer service
- Extremely well presented
- Refined, energetic and able to remain composed

The Responsibilities of the Role:

- Acting as a brand ambassador
- Achieving individual and team KPI's and targets
- Working closely with team members to maximise sales opportunities in store
- Provide strong styling advice and being able to collaborate different outfit ideas together
- Ability to developing long lasting relationships with clients
- Cross selling with other product categories
