The Specialist Concessions administrator is responsible for providing support to the retail concessions team of this flourishing high street accessories brand. You will support in business reporting and analyses, order management and sales order fulfilment.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
*Assists Concessions Manager and Sales Manager with entering orders into Netsuite system
*Manage purchase orders by tracking and monitoring incoming/outgoing deliveries to customers
*Execute sample management program,
*Provide weekly retail sales analysis, sales reporting, inventory reporting
*Collaborate on open-to-buy planning with select partner accounts designated by manager
*Manage communication flow to partner accounts and buyers (codes, imagery, POS materials details, on-line assets, pricing) launches, marketing calendar/activities
*Collect account feedback and provide analysis and recommendations based on delivery information, online business results, and sales
*Assist with integration of 3rd party agencies (sales) management along with set-up of new wholesale accounts
*Support and administration of customer sales appointments and meetings


This person is required to maintain strong relationships with Order Management, Planning, Inventory Control, Product Development, Distribution Centers and Marketing teams. This person is required to maintain strong working relationships with the Retail and Concession sales staff, head Office buying teams, partner retailer Store managers.


Required Skills & Experience:
*Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience (3 or more in a store manager role) in a retail environment or related area
*University graduate or equivalent;
*Ability to adapt and multi-task in a fast-changing, retail / concession environment
*Ability to develop, motivate staff and others through strong leadership and interpersonal skills
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
*Strong computer skills and software proficiency (MS Word, Excel and Outlook)
*Open availability and flexibility to work nights, weekends, store openings and closings according to the needs of the business
