Wholesale Sales Executive - International
Exciting opportunity to join a growing company, looking to recruit an experienced wholesale sales executive to join their team. You will play an integral part in managing key wholesale accounts and to target new business, in an Omni-channel marketplace. Our client specialises in introducing International Brands fashion and lifestyle brands, with exclusive distribution throughout Europe and the Far East.
Wholesale Sales Executive - International - The Role
The purpose of this role is to support the building of two footwear brands, with International wholesale customers, both existing and new. This position will report to the Global Sales Director.
- To deliver service level agreements whilst delivering on strategic KPI’s.
- Maintenance and development of the business CRM, effective management of all wholesale customer communication and service delivery is integral to the role. Build leads, setting up prospects on company system, (allocation of appropriate sales rep/sub distributor per region).
- To manage and grow existing business, and to target and develop new sales pipeline to deliver growth.
- To chase, obtain and monitor sell through reports to inform sales growth actions per customer.
- Online B2B sales channel growth. Management of accurate and on time product data, prices and new product sampling. Ensuring website is fully stocked across all categories.
- Attendance at International trade fairs. Working with Events Brand Executive /Marketing to organise and prep accordingly.
- Support brand recognition. Grow on/offline awareness. Organise and contribute to the creation of targeted international point of sale, asset materials, social media content, Hero celebrity marketing, PR, competitor and market intelligence.
- Preparing monthly and weekly reports sales reports
- Meeting KPI's & sales performance targets
- Recruit, train and manage seasonal sales staff – responsible for the wholesale customer services executive
- Improving current practices and performance
Wholesale Sales Executive International - The Person Specification
- Experience within similar international wholesale sales and account management role, in fashion or footwear/accessories
- Excellent written and spoken English
- German or French language would be an advantage
- Small team management experience is desirable
- Experience of business management systems
- IT proficiency, EXCEL
- A knowledge of marketing
- A self-starter able to work independently and collaboratively
