My client is looking for an experienced Brand Manager who is passionate about uncovering consumer insights and delivering innovative marketing campaigns.

You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and you will generate strategies that grow market share and brand reputation, improve brand experience and spur growth. Reporting into the Head of Communications, the Brand Manager should thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and have previous Brand management experience. A passion for beauty is a must!


  • Manage and execute the day-to-day activities associated with all marketing efforts including project management, cross-functional implementation, campaign tracking and reporting as necessary
  • Ensure that all ensuing projects are completed within the given timescale and within a given budget
  • Develop and execute the brand strategies and plans in line with predetermined brand objectives
  • Support the development and execution of brand strategies and marketing plans across the organisation
  • Analyse how our brands are positioned in the market and crystallise targeted consumer insights
  • Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
  • Creating and implementing plans to increase market share
  • Develop, manage and evaluate brand marketing budgets so as to maximise on their potential
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and key issues
  • Measure and report performance with potential improvements of all new product launches, promotional activity and marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

Key Skills

  • Ability to drive both short and long-term brand growth and profitability
  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
  • Highly creative with ability to think out of box
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
  • Strong analytical skills
