My Client is one of the biggest fast fashion business in the North West and due to their continued growth they are now looking to recruit for Merchandisers at all levels.
Reporting into the Merchandising Director to ensure the smooth running of the buying and merchandise function to maximise business performance.
About the role
As there are various roles available duties and responsibilities will differ what would be expected at any level is the ability to analyse and monitor best and worst sellers and makes informed recommendations for action, control stock levels based on weekly sales and stock intakes (WSSI), planning of budgets by category, option count, and depth of buy, monitor and maintain buying margin and gross profit margins, be commercially aware of current and emerging best practice within merchandising/buying.
The successful candidates will need the following skills:
- Experience within a similar merchandising role is essential
- Worked to/within financial KPI'S within previous role is advantageous
Demonstrates excellent management skills with the ability to promote a strong team spirit
Can demonstrate strong negotiating, communication and influencing skills
