We have partnered with a fantastic retail brand to assist in the recruitment of a Reward Analyst (Maternity Cover). This Central London based role will require you to oversee the UK payroll along with liaising with global payroll providers, partners and finance to make sure the global payrolls run effectively.
Responsibilities Include:
Own the UK and global annual benefit renewal process. You'll need to align the current benefits to one annual renewal period for each country and then work with People Partner's to ensure a holistic approach to benefits communications including financial well-being, reward and recognition and local discounts
Conduct reward research and data analysis both internally and externally (using bench marking data partners) and present the results confidently, clearly and in a user-friendly format for non-reward specialists
Partner with global and local People/support teams to deliver best fit benefits solutions and share expertise
Own integrity of data within HRIS system and be the in-house expert on the system, design, reporting, work-flows and analysis
UK Pension governance, Auto Enrolment and employee queries
Identify opportunities for improvements, efficiency's and makes recommendations for change
Work with finance to deliver effective budgeting and alignment on all reward and payroll related costs
