You will be responsible for providing effective PA support to the Vice President and supporting the wider teams on both regular and ad hoc projects.
Your key responsibilities will include:
*Provide executive and personal support to the VP
*Act as the gatekeeper for the VP, manage and support the wider team with administrative and ad hoc tasks.
*Manage the VP's diary by coordinating internal and external meetings as required - liaising with all relevant parties to set up and prepare for meetings (including ensuring appropriate set up of rooms / refreshments etc) as well as collating topics for agendas and distributing agendas
*Manage the VP's inbox by effectively screen communication and invites to ensure appropriate responses are provided
*Manage expenses for the VP
*Raise POs and make sure vendors are paid in a timely manner.
*Coordinating travel, accommodation and visas. Providing itinerary for the VP's trip.
*Organising events and supporting the wider teams with any meetings or conferences.
The successful candidate must have the following skills:
*Previous PA experience
*Ability to effectively manage and organise extensive diary management
*Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Outlook, Word and Excel
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Must be able to multi task
*Strong administrative capabilities
*Ability to prioritise and be one step ahead
*Able to work independently as well as within a wider team
