My client an international manufacturing business of ladies, mens and childrens outerwear for the high street is seeking a Head of Sales to join their brand new London office.

Responsibilities of the role are:

  • Manage & control whole office & business
  • Develop potential customers
  • Organization team in strict accordance with budget of the target to complete the sales task and check the sales expenses.
  • According to the needs of the company's business development and the characteristics of the regional market, to analyse, predict and formulate the Countermeasures for the information collected, and offer suggestion to the China company in time.
  • Manage the performance and development of Direct reports to maximize individual and team

You will be a highly experienced Head of Sales who can lead and manage a team and has a strong understanding of the outerwear and high street fashion markets.
